Blue World Day in Munich

On October 2nd and 3rd 2019 the Blue World Day took place in Munich. The organizer was our Frankfurt partner law firm BLUEDEX .

This year over 50 participants from all over Europe, the USA and Tunisia participated.

During the event, there were various lectures with different national focuses. Starke Managing Counsel Daniel Albrecht referred about China. The lecture should provide an overview of all legal innovations of the last two years.

2019 Meeting with NDRC delegation and BLUEDEX in Frankfurt

On September 26 2019 we received a delegation from the China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Economic Department of the Chinese Embassy in Berlin in the offices of our partner law firm BLUEDEX, in Frankfurt.

The high-ranking delegation visited us practitioners to get more information about the German insolvency law, in particular about the liquidation of large companies.
